Soups should be called "Super Foods". With the right ingredients soups can be very nutritious and easy to make.
When we make soups one of the most important ingredients is our stock. Once a week we make a huge pot of vegetable stock from all our left over vegetables in the kitchen. We then portion it up into one litre tubs and freeze it. As we need the stock we simply add the frozen mixture to our soup of curry. | Print this page
