Barley Miso Paste
Natural and organic. Miso paste is most typically used as a stock for the well known Japanese miso soup. It can also be used as a spread, or to marinade vegetables and tofu. Simply add hot water for a quick cup of soup, or cook a broth of vegetables, adding other ingredients such as tofu and seaweed, and adding the miso paste toward the end to prevent it from cooking.
Miso paste is considered full of health promoting bacteria, and is alkalising for the human body.
Ingredients: Organic soy beans, sea salt, barley, water, koji.
