Potato Flour
Flour made from potatoes that have been cooked, dehydrated, and then ground to a fine powder.
Excellent thickening agent for soups, stews, gravies, and sauces.
Mix with other gluten free flours such as rice, chickpea, and millet flour, when baking gluten free breads, pastries etc.
Store in a cool dry place, or freeze it in an air tight container.
