Earth Yogi Tea
“Yogi Bhajan's Original Ayurvedic Spice Blend”
The name says it all – A delicious loose chai tea blend.
Ingredients:
Nothing but cinnamon, cardomon, ginger, black pepper, and cloves.
Preparation:
Boil 1 litre of water. Reduce the heat and add 1 heaped dessert spoon of Yogi Tea. Cover and simmer gently for 25min. Strain.
Add 1 cup fruit juice, milk, or milk substitute.
