Sproutable wheat kernels.
Wheat sprouts are rich in an impressive cocktail of nutrients, making them the ideal general tonic. They contain digestive supporting fibre and enzymes, and health promoting antioxidants and chlorophyll. Chlorophyll also supports oxygenation in the body, and has anti-inflammatory properties.
Sprouting wheat kernels is easy. Start out by soaking them overnight, and then strain and rinse twice a day. Place them in an area that receives indirect sunlight. Keep rinsing and straining until the sprouts are ready to be eaten (a few days). Then refrigerate to keep them fresh.
Make your own essene bread, or sprinkle onto salads.
Another method involves sowing the seeds and letting them grow a grass that can be juiced.
