INDICATIONS & MECHANISM OF ACTION
Co-enzyme Q10 is an essential energising anti-oxidant, responsible for keeping cells alive. Co-enzyme Q10 deficiency results in heart damage, reduced brain function and cell death. Co-enzyme Q10 should be taken by everybody over 30 years of age. Co-enzyme Q10 is also an important part of any cancer protection program and also helps reduce blood pressure. Co-enzyme Q10 alone is poorly absorbed from the intestine. Piperine enhances Co-enzyme Q10’s absorption by 60%.
COMPOSITION
Each capsule contains:
Co-enzyme Q10 50mg
With piperine for enhanced absorption
Inactive ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose) vegetarian capsule shell (gelatin free), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetarian – flow agent), magnesium silicate, silicon dioxide and colloidal silicon dioxide.
Contains no colourants, preservatives, lactose, gluten, yeast, starch or artificial fillers. Contains plant extracts and natural fillers, with no colourants added - therefore the colour of the capsule contents may vary slightly from batch to batch.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily after meals.
Children generally don’t require co-enzyme Q10 supplementation, but can take half the adult dose if needed.
PRECAUTIONS, SIDE-EFFECTS & INTERACTIONS
Co-enzyme Q10 has no known side-effects. Safety during pregnancy has not been established, do not use. Safe for use while breastfeeding. Store in a cool dry place, out of the reach of children. Do not exceed recommended dosages unless on the advice of a healthcare provider. Do not use this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. If you are on any medication or suffering from any medical condition, it is advisable to seek medical advice before start taking any new medicine, supplement or remedy.
