Dairy free & Vegan
Ingredients:
250g Fresh basil (washed)
10g Fresh Earth Veg stock powder
25g Grated parmesan cheese or natures choice mock parmesan
50g Raw pine nuts
100g Raw cashew nuts
10g Chopped garlic
375ml Extra virgin olive oil
50ml Freskly squeezed lemon juice
Method:
· Clean and wash the fresh basil
· Add all the ingredients to magi-mix or food processor with a blade and blend
· Slowly add the oil to consistency be carefull not to over blend the pesto.
Add the lemon juice slowly to taste
