Ingredients: 4 tbsp yogurt; zest of ½ orange, grated; 2 oranges sliced; 1 banana sliced; 1 tbsp berries; ¼ tsp cinnamon
Method: Mix together the yogurt and the zest of the orange and chill for an hour. In a separate bowl, mix together the fruit and cinnamon and chill further. Divide the fruit salad into bowls and spoon the yogurt over. Serve immediately.
