Whether your motivation is to lower your calorie intake, reduce your carbon footprint, or save the pretty cows with the long eyelashes - moving from a meat rich diet to a vegetarian one can seem impossible.

2. Once you have successfully signed up - Check your email, and forward the No Meat Challenge intro email to five friends using the special "TELL YOUR FRIENDS" button in the mail. 3. The No Meat Challenge starts as soon as you sign up.
You will be receiving a meal plan, grocery list, recipes and information in your inbox to help you prepare for the Challenge. Then it’s 7 days of fabulously tasty meals, and whilst you are at it, try to eat as little processed food as possible. We will email you during the seven days of the challenge with hints and tips to keep you going.
