Grilled Haloumi and Avocado Wrap
Makes: 1 Wrap
Ingredients:
100g Haloumi Cheese 1 Whole-wheat wrap or roti 60g Hummus 40g Sliced avocado 45g Mixed lettuce shredded 80g Mixed diced tomatoes onion and cucumber 5g Spelt flour 10ml Fresh herb dressing
Method:
Roll the Haloumi cheese in spelt flour Grill the Haloumi cheese in lemon oil until brown squeeze a dash of lemon juice over the cheese. Warm up the wrap (optional) Spread the hummus on the open wrap evenly Add salad mix (shredded lettuce, diced cucumber, diced tomato and diced onion) Add avocado slices Add grilled Haloumi cheese Add herb dressing Roll up the wrap
