Scrambled Tofu

Ingredients:
125g Plain or smoked tofu crumbled 25g diced onions 20g red peppers diced Pinch of vegetable stock powder 10ml Soya sauce Fresh coriander 2g-turmeric powder 10ml Olive oil
Method:
Heat the oil on a pan Add the diced onion and red peppers and cook until glassy Add the crumbled tofu and fry for a further few minutes. Add the turmeric and the vegetable stock powder. Add a squirt of soya sauce Finnish with fresh coriander leaves
