No Meat Challenge Message One |
Thank you for rising to the challenge!
About 90% of getting through the challenge unscathed is being organized. The whole reason we rely more and more on pre-packaged everything is that we are buying food from convenience shops and take-aways in the mad dash home after a long and hectic work day.
Things like a fresh Thai Stir Fry, Moroccan Vegetable Stew and Winter Soups hardly take any longer to make from scratch than a ready-made meal does, and they are yummier and better for you and the planet.
