Glutagon Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Mix

*Carboxymethylcelluose Gum is a plant based cellulose derivative, and is used as a thickener.
*Mono-calcium Phosphate is the result of combining calcium and phosphoric acid, and is widely used in baked goods as a leavening agent.
