Glutagon Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Mix
What is it:
Glutagons chocolate cake mix is free from wheat, dairy, gluten, egg, yeast, and soy. It is enriched with fibre and pre-biotics, and contains no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
This cake is ideal for those who have allergies or intolerances to the ingredients above, and this product can be enjoyed by coeliac sufferers because it is prepared in a devoted gluten free facility.

Strange sounding, but safe:
*Oligofructose is pre-biotic fibre found in fruit, that is sweet to the taste, low on the glycemic index, and promotes the growth of good digestive bacteria/ flora.
*Carboxymethylcelluose Gum is a plant based cellulose derivative, and is used as a thickener.
*Mono-calcium Phosphate is the result of combining calcium and phosphoric acid, and is widely used in baked goods as a leavening agent.
