Quick Hummus and Crudités Recipe
What you’ll need:
• 1 tin chickpea • 3T-spoon tahini • ¼ t crushed garlic • 1 small baby marrow • 2T-spoon fresh lemon juice • 1T-spoon virgin olive oil • ¼ t-spoon cumin powder • ¼ cup water • 1t-spoon salt • Bowl • Stick blender
• For crudetes (any vegetable you would like to dip into the hummus – try: • Carrot • Broccoli • English cucumber • Button mushrooms • Romanita tomato
Method:
• Pour chickpea into sieve and wash over with purified water – drain. • Add to bowl • Peel and fine grate baby marrow - add to bowl • Add: lemon juice, cumin powder, olive oil, salt • Add ¼ cup water • Process all with stick blender. • Grab washed and trimmed veggies and dip away!
