Bean Dip and Rice Cakes Recipe
What you’ll need:
• 1 tin butter bean/400g cooked butternut • 1 spring onion • 1.25ml cumin powder • 2T-spoon lemon juice • 1T-spoon Braggs Amino Acids or Tamari • ¼ cup water • ½ small red pepper • 2t-spoon olive oil • Rice cake
Method:
• Pour butter bean into sieve and wash over with purified water – drain. • Add to bowl • Cut red pepper into small cubes - add to bowl • Add: lemon juice,Braggs/Tamari, cumin powder, olive oil, salt • Add ¼ cup water • Process all with stick blender. • Spread generously on rice cake or any other spread-friendly surface you enjoy!
