What is it: These are delious biscuits made from a special blend of gluten free flours. It is trully a delight for any one with coeliac sensitivities, and for those who avoid eating wheat. Ingredients: Tapioca Flour, Corn Starch, Dried Apricots, Fructose, Butter, Eggs, Carob, Pecan Nuts, Chickpea Flour, Sorghum Flour, *Natural Baking Powder, *Xanthan Gum. *Xanthan gum is a thickener used in some gluten free baking to replace the stickiness of gluten. A process of fermenting glucose and sucrose produces this useful polysaccharide. *Natural Baking Powder is aluminum free, gluten free baking powder.
Benefits: These morish cookies are a wondrous treat for people on a gluten free diet, because now one doesn't have to struggle trying to bake their own. Having gluten free products such as these readily available, helps one stick to their diet without feeling left out or deprived of something nice.
