What is it:
These are delious biscuits made from a special blend of gluten free flours. It is trully a delight for any one with coeliac sensitivities, and for those who avoid eating wheat.
Ingredients:
Tapioca Flour, Corn Starch, Dried Apricots, Fructose, Butter, Eggs, Carob, Pecan Nuts, Chickpea Flour, Sorghum Flour, *Natural Baking Powder, *Xanthan Gum.
*Xanthan gum is a thickener used in some gluten free baking to replace the stickiness of gluten. A process of fermenting glucose and sucrose produces this useful polysaccharide.
*Natural Baking Powder is aluminum free, gluten free baking powder.
