What is it:
Afrique Chili Sauce is a liquid seasoning made from serrano chillies, garlic, sunflower oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, starch, spices, herbs, and *potassium sorbate .
*Potassium sorbate is a polyunsaturated fatty acid salt that is used as a preservative in commercial food preparation. It is considered safe, non-irritating and non-sensitizing.
