Drinking green juices is an easy and tasty way of getting fruit and vegetables into your body with out having to prepare a meal.
Ingredients200ml Organic apple juice (freshly squeezed)
25ml Celery juice
50ml Cucumber juice
10ml Ginger juice
15ml Wheatgrass juice
MethodJuice all the fruit and the vegetables using an Oscar juicer or a regular juicer. Combine the juices in to a glass and enjoy.
