Fenugreek, Marshmallow and New Zealand Wasabi (yes, the sushi condiment) are popular herbs used for soothing irritated mucus membranes and congestion. Vitamin C is a nutrient rapidly used up by our white blood cells during viral invasions and Garlic supports the natural response to unwanted pathogens.
Directions: Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules 3 times daily with food. Children 6-12 years: Take 1 to 2 capsules daily with food or as professionally advised. If symptoms or coughing persist consult your healthcare practitioner. Not to be used in children under 2 years of age.Ingredients: (per capsule)

Vitamins:
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 100mg
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

No artificial flavours, sweeteners, preservatives or colours used in this product.
Precautions: Not suitable for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Due to the Horseradish content those with thyroid conditions should take Congest-X with caution.
