They bring you Nature Fresh Aloe Toothpaste, a non-toxic, flouride free toothpaste.
Flouride makes teeth and bones harder, but more brittle too. Flouride is a known accumulative toxin, which is not easily excreted. It causes flourosis, and is linked to motor dysfunction, learning disabilities, and a weakened immune system. When we are exposed to flouride in water, reconstituted fruit juices, sodas, tea, canned foods, and toothpastes to name but a few, there may just be cause for concern.
Nature Fresh says that every ingredient they use in their products is there because it has been extensively researched, and is found to be safe.
Nature Fresh Aloe toothpaste is made with healing aloe ferox, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin C for strong teeth,
Nature Fresh Aloe Toothpaste contains saccharin, and is preserved with tiny amounts of methyl and sul paraben. Both these ingredients are contraversial, but after extensive toxicity research, the FDA has found them safe in levels much higher than what is present in commercial products (including this product). FDA approved saccharin, methyl and sul paraben for use in food and cosmetics.

Even Health Canada, which is a government department for health in Canada, has said that research now shows saccharin to be safe in humans.

SLES sodium laurel ethyl sulphate is the purest of the surfactants and is not an allergen.
SLES comes from coconuts (cocos nucifera) and laurel means coconut! This oil is processed with chemicals to produce most vegetable based soaps and surfactants. They all begin from a vegetable source but the cruder saponified cocos nucifera extracts are not as gentle as SLES. After a lot of research into surfactants, we could not find a more suitable “natural” alternative to SLES. Products claiming to be free of SLES often use cruder saponified coconut extracts or Cocamidopropyl betaine where allergens or cancer forming compounds may still be present .
