Buckwheat Flakes
Buckwheat is a gluten free grain that is full of nutrition, and contains antioxidants known to support the circulatory system.
Can be used as an ingredient in muesli, or cooked as a porridge. Suitable for babies first porridge.
Cooking Instructions:
Add ½ cup buckwheat flakes to 1 cup water. Add a pinch of salt, and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with a little honey, sugar, and milk.
