Ingredients:
100g flat leaf parsley 100g fresh coriander 1 tsp. paprika ½ tsp. Cinnamon 2 tsp. ground cumin 1 tsp. chili powder 6 tbsp lemon juice 8 cloves garlic 125ml olive oil 125ml Sunflower oil Salt Freshly ground black pepper
Method
• Combine herbs, spices, lemon juice and garlic in a food processor. • Add olive oil, slowly, while processing until a paste is formed. • Season to taste.
