Ingredients
180g Walnuts finely ground 160g Sunflower seeds ground 180g Cashew nuts ground 100g Almonds ground 420g Onion diced 4 Eggs beaten 90g Wheat bread crumbs 290g Brown rice cooked 30ml Soya Sauce 50g Chicken stock 10g Basil fresh finely chopped 110g Alfalfa sprouts chopped
Method:
• Mix all the ingredients gently by hand. • Form into large balls • Place onto a greased tray and bake at 180°C for 20 -25 minutes or until done. Or deep fry until golden
Serve with whole grain mustard
