Ingredients
2 Cup White flour 4 tins Sweet corn kernels 4 Eggs 1 cup Milk 1tblsp Baking powder 2tblsp Brown Sugar 1 cup Spring onions 1 tsp. Salt 111 Pepperdew 111 Goats feta
Method
• Sift the flour into a mixing bowl • Add the salt, baking powder and the sugar to the flour • Beat the eggs with the milk • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients • Beat until smooth (you may have to add more milk) • The batter must be a smooth and thin consistency • Now add the mielies and the spring onion, pepperdew and feta
Cooking
• Heat up a large pan with some sunflower oil • Spoon the mixture into the pan in small table-spoon size dollops • Cook until golden brown
Once finished cooking the fritters, place in a bowl and pour hot sweet chili sauce over
