Makes: 1 large loaf

Ingredients:

400g O crumbs white bread mix GF
2.5g Salt
5g Brown sugar
5g Yeast
50ml Sunflower or olive oil
500ml Water
125g Steamed butternut

Method:

Step 1
Add dry ingredients and yeast excluding seeds into the mixing bowls and mix slowly for two minutes except for the pumpkin.
Step 2
Add the water and oil and mix on high speed for 5 minutes
Step 3
Add the steamed pumpkin and mix for a further 1 minute.
Step 4
Transfer to a greased bread tin level out to top of the bread using a spatula so the top is smooth
Step 4
Prove for 20 minutes or until well formed (close to double in size)
Step 5
Bake at 220°C for 20 minutes
