Brewer’s yeast is a source of many nutrients: Amino Acids, B-Complex Vitamins, Choline and Inositol as well as important minerals such as Chromium, Manganese and Zinc.
Directions:
Start with 1/2 teaspoon once or twice a day. Gradually increase the dosage to 1 tablespoon three times per day.
