Dairy free & Vegan
Ingredients:
100g Tahini
125ml Lemon juice
¼ tsp Cumin powder
¼ tsp Vegetable stock powder
1 tbsp Garlic
100ml Olive Oil
900g Chickpeas
200ml Water
10ml Sea salt
Fresh Parsley
Method:
• Soak the chickpeas overnight.
• Boil the chickpeas for 1-½ hours or until soft.
• Place all the ingredients into the magi mix and blend until smooth.
