Bananas and avocados are excellent brain boosters and mood lifters. A great source of vitamin B6, bananas reduce fatigue and premenstrual symptoms. Avocados provide healthy fats, which raise serotonin levels and keep you happy.
This is a great breakfast shake with which to start your busy day.
Ingredients:
1 large organic banana (frozen) ½ large ripe organic avocado ½ a lemon juiced 1 tsp fructose (this may vary for sweetness) 1 cup soya milk (you can use the real stuff too) a couple of drops of vanilla essence
Method:
Blend all the ingredients until you have a smooth drink.
