Ingredients:
1 ½ cup raisins 2 cups cashew nuts 1 cup dates 2 cups chocolate chunks
Method:
• Place all the ingredients except the carob into the magimix and blend until well mixed. • Melt the chocolate either in the microwave or a double boiler. • Form the fruit mix into balls and using a tablespoon dip them into the carob. • Wrap a tray in cling film and place each ball onto the cling form. • Put the tray into the fridge for ten minutes.
