Trocomare
Trocomare is a salt seasoning prepared with sea salt and fresh, organically grown herbs and spices. This mixture steeps for up to one year so that the mild spicy flavour become richer, before the moisture is removed by a special vacuum process at low temperature.
Sprinkle Trocomare on vegetables, bean and rice dishes, pizza, pasta, salads, and meat dishes. Trocomare is a great alternative to regular table salt.
