Agar AgarA vegetarian uncoloured gelling agent for sweet and savoury jellies, or as a thickener in soups, icecream, and other desserts. It is approximately 80% fibre, and has a healing action on the gut.
Agar-agar makes a solid jelly similar to gelatine. it is made from seaweed, and not bonemeal.

How to use it:
