Cardamom Pods
These cardamom pods are picked early so are dried while still green. Green cardamom pods are considered more aromatic than black cardamom pods, and are premium choice amongst cooks.
Cardamom is used in South Asian, the Middle Eastern, and Scandinavia cooking. The pods tend to retain more flavour than the seeds on their own.
