Nutmeg
Non-irradiated nutmeg, from the tropical plant, Myristica fragrans.
Used in a variety of sweet and savoury dishes. Nutmeg compliments potato, cabbage, carrots, fruit, and ricotta cheese to name but a few, and is used in a multitude of dishes from German glühwein and Indian curries to Caribbean rum.
Nutmeg is said to stimulate cognitive abilities, alleviate mental stress, and encourage dreaming. It may help clear bad breath too.
