Ingredients:
Organic raisins, organic sunflower seeds, raw peanuts.
Raisins are a wonderful source of healthy carbohydrates, and their fibre helps regulate bowel movements. They
are rich in antioxidant phenols and the minerals iron, potassium and
selenium. They are also rich in boron, which is known to help bone
deposition ( Boron is often taken with calcium and vitamin D in
menopause).
Sunflower seeds are rich in Vitamin E, selenium, and magnesium. They
also contain phytosterols that are believed to be anti-carcinogenic,
help lower cholesterol, and support immune function.
Peanuts are rich in protein, fibre, mono unsaturated
fats, and the antioxidant, resveratrol.
