Q: How much do you charge me for delivery?

Q: How often do you add new recipes, articles, mealplans etc? 
A: We're adding new stuff all the time, but at least one a month before we send out the email newsletter we add a bunch of new content.

Q: Are all of your products organic? 
A: We source as many organic products as possible but since organic certification is a lengthy and expensive process, there are not always organic options available. All of our products are naturally produced and contain no harmful additives and preservatives. Read more about what "organic" means - click here.

WEBSTORE TRADING HOURS: 24hrs/7days a week: access to website and placing orders(unforeseen technical glitches excepted). 08:00 - 18:00 mon - fri: processing and shipping of orders. For sameday collection of orders please place your order before 12:00
