Terms and Conditions for Competition:

• You have to subscribe to our email newsletter in order to qualify.
• By subscribing you receive one entry into the draw.
  
• You must forward the "Refer & Win" Email to at least 5 friends using the "SEND TO FRIEND" button supplied in the email, or it cannot be tracked and you cannot be entered into the competition.
• You will receive one more entry into the draw for every 5 friends you forward the Intro mail to.
• The winner will be drawn on 17th December 2011 at the Fresh Earth Food Store.
• The winner will be contacted via e-mail. The voucher/hamper is not redeemable for cash.
• Fresh Earth Food Store Staff, their families and Fresh Earth Food Store suppliers may not participate in the competition.
• Management’s decision on the winner and validity of entries is final.
