Whole Oat Groats have a distinct chewy, nutty flavour, and were prepared even centuries ago as a hearty healthy breakfast. Preparation: Two parts boiling water to one part oat groats. Approx 50 minutes to cook. Try soaking over night before hand, to increase digestability and reduce cooking time.
