The Yoga Smoothie

This nutrient-rich spinach-almond-apple smoothie with loads of fiber will help keep you feeling full.

Ingredients:

⅔ cup almond milk
1 ½ cups (packed) chopped spinach leaves
1 stalk celery, cut into pieces
½ Red Apple, cut into chunks
1 tbsp golden ground flax seed
4 ice cubes
1 tsp Agave Nectar

Method:

Place the almond milk, spinach, celery, apple, golden ground flax seed, agave nectar and ice into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve and enjoy x
